This is my new hotel of choice.

We had a fabulous stay. Friendly staff. Really great breakfast. Salt water pool at an awesome temp. Loved the rooms, felt like a little apartment. Even has a dishwasher!? Thanks for a lovely trip to PA. and everyone should be so proud of the thoughtful eco initiative taken at this facility. So impressive.

The room was large and beds were comfortable. Our room had a low step shower, no tub, which was ideal for us,The breakfast was good, The desk clerks were nice and helpful. We later stayed at the Hilton in downtown Harrisburg, on someone else's dime, and I would of whole lot rather been staying here on my dime. The downtown Hilton rooms were smaller, the beds were smaller, no breakfast and the parking fee was outrageous. STAY AWAY FROM THE DOWNTOWN HILTON!!!

Overall happy

The hotel was overall good; clean, modern, safe, bed was comfortable etc. however the pillows were flat. PS: would appreciate if that hotel advised the parents to observe quiet time after 10.30. We had kids running outside our room after 11.30!

Great place!

Everything was great! Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. Exceeded our expectations. My only critique is that we had 4 holds on our credit card for $50 each, even after we checked out. The room was paid in full before our stay, so it was weird that we had multiple holds. We left the room as we found it, minus a few used towels, the bed, and some garbage in the bathroom trashcan.

We've stayed in many Home2 Suites and find this one in Harrisburg subpar. It seems like the contractor forgot the insulation everywhere. From toilets flushing above to "entertaining" sounds in the next room to whistling in the hallway. It was a very noisy stay. Also, the bedside sconce covers were on the floor, there was no TV remote and the thermostat batteries were dead.

This hotel was fairly new and in good condition. The room was spacious and comfortable for the lost part, but general concerns included; -Noise levels-thumping/stumping/banging sounds could be heard all hours of the day -House keeping was barely non-existent. After about three days we had to request for our room to be cleaned and “cleaning” only involved making the bed and dumping the trash. Our floor was never swept or cleaned the 7 days we were there. At one point someone placed a “do not disturb” tag on our door (we didn’t do that), and it appeared as if our bathroom was used when we were gone. Overall it was not a horrible stay but I would honestly be hesitant to stay there again or recommend this property to someone else.
