"We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. "Gorgeous property, spacious rooms, extremely comfy beds! We loved the location, but know if you arrive on a Sunday, nothing is open except gelato and pizza, but parking is free on Sundays, so that is nice. "This place was better than any of the hotels we stayed in throughout Bavaria... loved the kitchen amenities and the views were actually of mountains! 10/10 i would recommend for anyone wanting to visit salzburg. Having the metro was incredible and having a grocery store a block down was great. Park can get difficult and honestly overwhelming if it was more of a peak season."

"From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed. We arrived early and when we rang to see if we could check in sooner they were so helpful. The Apartment was stunning and had everything we needed. Our only critism could be that the TV could be a smart TV to provide more options. And maybe 2 towels each for those of us staying for a week. Because who doesnt want a bath in that stunning big bath everyday! Location was perfect, a short walk into the main town. Local restaurants near by -...

"I would certainly stay here again! My husband and 2 teens had a great time. The room was very spacious with lots of windows. We were lucky to be in an apartment that had a view of the fortress. The front desk staff was always very helpful and had great recommendations for us. The breakfast option would be something i would get again with wonderful options. It was so nice to be a short 5 min walk to the train station and all the transit options there. A fantastic stay."
