We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Design Apartments zum Hirschen Salzburg. The modern, well appointed apartment provided the perfect vantage point to explore Salzburg; it was walking distance to the Christmas 🎄 markets. The apt was well designed so we were easily able to accommodate a third person sleeping on the L-shaped couch yet have privacy in the main bedroom with a partition between spaces and a wrap around curtain. The causeway between the hotel and apartment allowed us to walk over to the fitness room / sauna and enjoy those amenities. Make sure to ask for a robe at the front desk. Well appointment kitchenette too. Loved the apartment, we’ll be back!

Lovely hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It has great facilities and has a calm atmosphere. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the air con system, which affected to nights out of our three night stay. The staff did swap our room though and tried to compensate us for the inconvenience. Despite this I would stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to others.

We stayed for 2 nights in the apartments—3 people in a 2-bedroom apartment. Apartment was modern, upscale, very nice with balcony. Hotel is around-the-block from train station, which was very easy walk with bags. Easy access to extensive local bus service. Breakfast was full-buffet and excellent. We would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful spacious apartment in fantastic location

Absolutely amazing apartment in a fabulous location just a short walk to the station old town and everywhere else we wanted to visit. The hotel / apartments totally exceeded all our expectations and every single staff member went out of their way to help and ensure our stay was smooth and stress free. Well set up with everything needed to be self sufficient and self cater. For our family stay it was absolutely perfect and would definitely recommend it and come back again if we return to Salzburg - oh and of course waking up to a beautiful snowy winter wonderland was an absolute bonus

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel just a quick coffee. Room was clean, well appointed however it would be nice to add a corkscrew and iron to the apartments. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Lovely apartment some small areas could have been better stain on one settee marks on walls and only 2 chairs on balcony for a 2 bed apartment.Breakfast fine but no real variation.Quite noisy at night because we needed windows open to keep cool.Bathroom good would stay again if we came back to salzburg.Reception staff polite

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for almost a week, and loved it. It was the perfect base for my family to visit Salzburg and the surrounding area. The apartment inside is huge - big living room, balcony, bathroom, and bedrooms. Everything was modern, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in Salzburg was nice for the unusual heat wave that was going on (although it is centrally disabled most nights so if it's hot you should open your windows - that's my only complaint). We had a view to the courtyard area and that was really nice. The location is great - easy walk to Mirabell Palace, and a little further for the rest of old Salzburg. But it's just a block walk to bus stops, and the buses are so frequent and convenient in Salzburg it's better to just take those a few stops to get where you want. We rented a car for part of our stay, and the parking garage under the building was so convenient. Just drive in and park, tell them your license plate number at the desk, and it's only $25/day. Elevator from the garage goes directly up to the apartment floors. This was one less thing to worry about. Other amenities - gym and sauna looked nice. There is laundry service - they will do full bags of laundry and not just dry clean for a somewhat reasonable price, although I just walked 3 blocks down the street to take our laundry directly to the cleaners that the hotel uses, this was a little more convenient for time.

Atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar

Experiência boa no geral, com pontos a serem melhorados. Começando pela sinalização confusa da onde se encontra a recepção do hotel; ficamos hospedados em um apartamento no prédio anexo e o quarto ficava ao lado de uma porta de vidro sem nenhuma sinalização, e ao relatar como um potencial perigo aos hóspedes, a atendente da recepção foi extremamente debochada; outro ponto é a condição da academia considerando a categoria do hotel, com pouco aparelhos e nenhuma estação de água. Em compensação o quarto era confortável (apesar de na descrição do hotéis.com relatar que seriam 2 cômodos diferentes), o café da manhã também estava magnífico e sem dúvida um dos pontos altos, com atendimento também muito bom.

走路到火车站和公车站八分钟，附近有超市还有好吃的越南菜馆。房间里有小厨房，配备微波炉、电磁炉、烤箱等电器。 美中不足的是淋浴水量较小，整体来说值得推荐入住！
