"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...

"The room was very clean, but the parking lot was extremely full, and there was almost no space to park. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy. A more polite and respectful response would have been appreciated."

"The elevators were very frustrating to use. If you have a family member staying in a different floor you can’t go to their room because your key won’t work in the elevator. Extremely frustrating if staying with a group. My sister’s room was not ready even though we checked in at 6 pm which is well past their check in time. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable."

"Nice atmosphere, however the walls and ceilings are then and you could hear a footstep someone takes. Also staff is very pushy during checkout via knocking on the door and calling the room back to back 2 minutes after checkout time in the process of me exiting"

"Great staff! Great breakfast! Very modern updates with incredible kitchen appliances. The room was very clean and while I didn’t use it there was a very nice laundry room for extended stays. I will definitely stay here again. All in all a great spot."

"It’s so beautiful and well lit. Desk staff very helpful and friendly for both check in and out. My room was GORGEOUS and clean and had so many useful amenities I would have never thought to ask for. Plenty of towels, great quality shower gel and shampoo that left my whole body so soft. Standard breakfast buffet spread you would see at like a Hilton/hyatt situation-yummy! Great frequent shuttle service. And only $50 incidental fee. WiFi was fast and free."
