"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...

My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service...

When no one showed after 30+minutes, I went to the front desk and was informed that she was the only person on staff at the time. There were coffee stains/spills on the counter upon my arrival. The bathroom mirror light didn't work. There was a constant buzzing/alarm noise in the hallway that went on all night and morning. The water in the shower was only luke warm when turned all the way up....
