"Absolut nicht hilfsbereites Personal, mit der Aussage, dass das Hotel komplett überbucht ist. Badezimmer war so klein wie eine Besenkammer und das als Family Zimmer. Frühstück überfüllt an Gästen mit wenigen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einmal und nie wieder!"

When we also had some issues with our early magic pass, which was not their fault, they resolved it for us quickly and compensated with some fast track for our fav rides. "Very modern hotel, great for self catering we had a small kitchen with fridge (freezer box) and a dishwasher. 10 mins from disney, the hotel have a free shuttle several times a day"

"Pull out bed was quite hard, leaky bath/shower, laminate wood floor had gaps that kept moving. Shower took a long time to get warm and the layout of the junior suite was strange. Overall it was ok but in our view was not 4 star."

"Die Kinderspielecke hat unserem Kind sehr gefallen, allerdings waren schon einige Spielsachen beschädigt. Unser Kond hat es trotzdem gemocht Das Frühstück wurde nach 3 Tagen etwas eintönig. Kein Schnittkäse oder Aufstrich vorhanden, nur Butter. Rinde vom brot war sehr hart, sodass man aufpassen musste, sich beim abbeißen nicht aufzuschneiden. Süße Sachen haben unfassbar gut geschmeckt. Wir hätten uns gern mehr pikante Alternativen gewünscht. Positiv kann man allerdings hervorheben: Man...

"Family friendly. Enjoyed the outdoor pool although i did not like the lack of staff near the pool or no signage of the pools depth or any direction to water safety. Felt from a bug hotel this was very poor in regards to safety"

"Sono partita credendo di rimanere molto delusa e trovare vari problemi..in quanto la comunicazione con la struttura, anche tramite expedia, è stata molto scarsa e deludente.. invece, una volta arrivati lì ci siamo trovati bene.. tanti aspetti da migliorare..ma tutto sommato tutto bene..personale abbastanza disponibile..posizione ottima per Disneyland..quartiere bellissimo e ben servito..e non male per arrivare a parigi.
