When we also had some issues with our early magic pass, which was not their fault, they resolved it for us quickly and compensated with some fast track for our fav rides. "Pull out bed was quite hard, leaky bath/shower, laminate wood floor had gaps that kept moving. Shower took a long time to get warm and the layout of the junior suite was strange. Overall it was ok but in our view was not 4 star."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Dream Castle. The hotel is beautiful and well looked after. We went to Disney World for 2 days and in the searing heat. We came back for an hour a day to use the outdoor pool which the girls absolutely loved. My only critisism was the front of house for the evening buffet. She appeared very rushed and wasn't welcoming at all considered you're dropping €38 per adult and €25 per child for a buffet. Other than the above, we had a wonderful time and would...

"Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en je kan onder t hotel ook parkeren. Er zit een enorm winkelcentrum 5 min lopen met alles van kleding tm restaurants. De kamer waar wij in verbleven was ok. Oud en afgeleefd. Wel schoon maar oud."
