The only real negative was lots of vehicle noise all night long, multiple times it sounded like people were racing on the street right next to us but that was no fault of the motel. Overall a very good value, I would stay there again."

"Maintenance for this facility is poor. AC in the first room sounded like construction going on and toilet leaked excessively in the 2nd. The front desk argued about the AC then was accusatory of me being too picky. I don't feel like not wanting to listen to a noisy AC unit or wade through toilet water is being too demanding. Most of the rest of the hotel was decent."
