"Luxury accommodations in every way… food is delicious, service is top notch. Only issue is the noise! Traffic noise was loud and constant all night. Very disruptive to sleep. I would have thought this property would have much better insulation."

"There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code.
