"Amsterdam Hotel is very conveniently located and very reasonably priced. The rooms, carpets, bedspreads etc. are a little shopworn, but everything is clean, efficient, and the staff is very friendly."

"Just stayed the weekend at The Watershed. We had a wonderful time. Staff were very nice. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Same with hotel lobby and restaurant on premises. Had fun at the bar unwinding from a stressful work week. The brook behind the hotel is pretty. The location is perfect with good restaurants and cafes. We will be back for sure. "

"You can tell the building is dated but they put some effort into renovations, details and cleaning. Bed was great, room was spacious, bathroom was clean, linens were crisp. My only issues were that food was left from previous visitors in refrigerator (not a huge deal) and the shower didn’t work great. It came out as a trickle unless you pushed on the faucet but I was hesitant to do that as it was a twist faucet. It wasn’t a huge problem but may need to be remedied. Definitely clean property, easy. Heck in/out, reasonably priced for the area. I didn’t get the opportunity to check the continental breakfast. Wasn’t sure where to go for that but wasn’t looking too hard as kids had other options to explore. "
