"I had an excellent day. I had a good time there or I can also recall I was having issues with my TV within 15 minutes. A tech was in there getting me straight. I would definitely come back again. The only issue I have is their gym. I wish they have more equipment in there other than that we was good."

"The property was in disrepair and the staff was unable to change our rooms until after 11pm when we checked in at 4pm and told the rooms were unacceptable. There was no pool the fitness room were not in working order . Basically the hotel lacked staff that were able to address any issues. I have used hotels .com several times in the past and never had such a bad experience. I can not recommend this hotel for any price ."

"The room was clean and relatively well appointed. Bed was very comfortable as were bed linens. However, we stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. And, the room across from us had a dog that barked literally every waking minute keeping us awake. We complained the first day and were told the desk staff was aware of the problem but yet nothing was one about it! This lasted thursday - sunday. It was unbearable and i felt so bad for the dog!"

"Check in took forever at 3am even though we reached out at 7pm to pre-key and inform of late check in, maintenance was poor, yellow stains, rotten wood, smelled like sewage and must. Awful."
