"Most all was great!!! The coffee bar could be better. This is just CONSTRUCTIVE criticism...the light roast was too light, and dark roast was too string. Also, coffee was like warm by the afternoon. Finally, get some flavored creamers! Otherwise, the amenities were awesome! The breakfast bar was easily a 9 out of 10. One point taken off for fake eggs, but otherwise, the breakfast was great! The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job!! While I didn't use it this trip, it was nice to have an indoor pool. Finally, being able to have our dog with us for a minimal fee was perfect!!! Thank you Fort Payne, Alabama Hampton!!!!!"

"Wow!! What an amazing find. It was the perfect place to stay for our little trip. The lake view was amazing and we loved that there was a convenient store right thereon sight. My only complaint about our stay would have to be the pillows. They were the worst pillows ever. If we ever come back we will definitely be staying here again."

"The property was nice and convenient to the craft show we were participating in. We were a little surprised checking in via kiosk and AI. It was efficient with a little a little help from the real person. Overall it was nice but the swimming pool area has never been one I would use. A great place to stay is clean and convenient. There was a breakfast but we did not partake due to our time schedule"

"The only thing I didn’t like was no coffee pot in the room. I left early for a hike my first morning so I didn’t realize there was no coffee machine in the room. My last morning I woke up and saw the sign stating I had to go downstairs for coffee or ask the front desk for a coffee pot. That’s a ridiculous and cheap tactic IHG is using to save money. For the money I spent, put the coffee pots back in the rooms."

"Just like the photos on the hotel website, the room was clean and spacious with a tight fitting door. The parking area was well lit. A+ for management. Manager Mike held my room for two days with no extra charge after I canceled on short notice because my car broke down on the way there. On the morning I left manager Mike had packed a snack bag for my journey. When I checked out I left my phone on the counter, Manager Mike promptly put it in the mail to me. My phone arrived at my destination before I did. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the management. I will definitely stay there again."
