The hotel is in a great location. Its cost was very competitive with other hotels in the area!! Our rooms were very well maintained and the amenities included were beneficial. The bed wast fine, and we slept well. I'd recommend the Quality Inn of Fort Payne, AL to everyone!!

Clean room. Professional staff. Simple but good breakfast The shower pressure was up and down, and there was a lot of dirt in the corners where the bathtub meets the walls. Also, some kind of really bad smell in the hall (might have been caused by another guest), but not the room, so that was good. Otherwise would have given 5 stars because this room did exceed my expectations.

JUST A LITTLE INSIGHT

There was no hot breakfast. Just hot coffee fruit, cereal and juice. The toilet seat needs to be changed out. IT SMELT SO GOOD COMING INTO THE FRONT LOBBY. THEN, AFTERWARDS ITS NOT. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO FRIENDLY AND GOT US WHAT WE NEEDED. HE WORKS NIGHT SHIFT. PLEASE KEEP HIM!
