"The room was a bit smaller than expected and I also didn’t realize that there are still smoking rooms around. I haven’t paid any attention to that detail while booking, because in the past in other hotels it was always non smoking. So I ended up in the only Queen room available, that happened to be a smokers room. I never smoked in my life, so that was an experience. Anyway, also no microwave in the room, never encountered that either. But if you really need one, go to the lobby. The floor could use some serious mopping, our feet were dirty after coming out of the shower. The towels partly looked dirty too, probably because people use them on the floor to get out of the shower. Also the towels had tears and big rips, some really need replacing. Once I came late back and parking was all gone, luckily the front desk man was around, he put his car in the back to make space. Thank you for that. The bed was comfortable, the people friendly. And my dog was welcome too, that’s why I chose this one in the first place. Others often time have no pet policy. "

"The room was unfortunately not well-maintained. Several details gave the impression of poor upkeep, including lopsided wall art, a broken bedside lamp, stained flooring, and a lifted baseboard. The bathtub had visible yellow staining along with hair on the shower wall, and while the inclusion of a bidet was appreciated, it was not properly cleaned and appeared to have residue from a previous guest. The room did include a microwave and refrigerator, which was convenient; however, both the bed linens and towels were stained, and there was a light bulb out in the bathroom. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated."

"Breakfast was the same for the two days we ate there. Plenty of seating and food was good. They had potatoes, ham, eggs, sausage, bacon, danishes, croissants, chicken nuggets, oatmeal, cereal, waffles and plenty of drinks. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible. Flat as a pancake. Parking was a bit sketchy. They provide a code to open the gate to the entrance of the parking garage. Not sure why code is needed when anyone can access it from the other side. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again. "
