"I'm not faulting the hotel since it's due to location, but just know the surrounding residents are not in their best phase of life. The staff is really kind. Check-in was easy. Location is convenient for whichever part of LA County you need to hit. There are many arterial streets in this area of town. The room is equipped with essentials and remodeled well. The only gripe I had is with the mild odor. It's tolerable, but you can tell the "old" smells of the building are trying to fight...

"Rooms are really nice, the size of the bathroom and the bedroom are spacious and ceiling are high, which makes the room feel spacious. The bathrooms are clean The toilets are nice. Location is in a pretty nice area. The location is in it safe area. If you’re looking for staff and hospitality, this isn’t a place however, if you’re looking for a good place to stay at overnight and you’re not too picky with all of the other bells and whistles, the price for the room is a steal."

"This property has a lot going for it, and I want to give credit where it’s due. The room itself was super clean and well maintained, and that level of care clearly extends to the entire property. The staff were superb and genuinely made the experience better. That said, there are a couple of things worth noting. The shower enclosure leaks a small amount of water onto the floor, which is a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. I also had an issue with neighbors playing music through their TV...

"The water was cut off. There was no running water for most of the day. Then was flowing again by 10 or 11. The water was cold and brown. Then cleared up eventually. Not all outlets worked. It was very loud overnight along with a family screaming at each other. It just didn’t feel like a successful stay even though it normally does."
