Hotel Dekat Regal Edwards Long Beach

"The Motel was reasonably priced and it was not far from the cruise terminal. I was in town to take a cruise a couple days and to visit Disneyland and it was pretty close to both and the staff were nice. The room was clean could’ve been maintained a little better and took a little while for the water for shower to heat up but otherwise it was nice and especially for the price. It was not very costly"

When I cimplained about dirty sheet, he actually followed me empty handed so I could proof my complaint, then brought cleaner sheet that had stain markings also. Throw the soiled sheets away! if they don't clean 100%. Felt a lithe 3rd worldly."

"This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏"

"The door in our room didn’t lock properly we had to lift it to force to lock it. Also the outside smelled of mirijuana everywhere. The room itself could’ve been cleaner but what was really bad was the a/c in the room, it was so loud it keep me awake all night. But if we turned it off it would get so hot and really stuffy in the room. Some of the property did look a little run down."

"The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. We resolved this by pushing the beds together, misaligning them with the headboards. The shower had extremely high water pressure and...

"The room are spacious, the bed was hard. I did not know there was a 50 dollar deposit required. Also a 50 dollar early check in. Surprise. Small hotel. Would I go back, NO. "

"The room outlets did not work, we had to request a room change. The room we got changed to had no towels & no toiletries. We asked for ice from the office staff & was told we were too "needy". The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom looked like it was not cleaned properly. Not the best experience staying here."
