"When we arrived we didn't have any towels for the shower and also notice the tub had not been cleaned. Had very little toilet paper. Rest of room was very clean. It was like they had cleaned everything and then forgot to restock. Breakfast was a small area but they had a nice selection of items. Staff was very helpful. No elevator so if you have a room on 2nd floor it was hard getting bigger suitcase up to room."

"Broken hot tub. Broken shower head. Room key chips weren’t working. No fitness center. Very few breakfast options. Back doors were unlocked and unsecured (literally anyone could walk in!). Better options nearby. Will not be back."

"This is one of my favorite overnight stayover spots on I-5 as I drive this route once a Moths between Sonoma Voubty, CA and Vancouver, BC, Canada. It’s always clean and well maintained with a terrific staff. And (big issue for me)…A great complimentary breakfast with MANY protein choices. One well-meaning note to the manager: please provide a box of Facial tissues in the room, like you used to do. I get tired of removing the bathroom role off the dispenser just to wipe the sniffles 😜. "This hotel is old and should be subject to a refund after you see your room. The windowsill was ridiculously dirty. We don’t understand why these places are even on Expedia! You guys need to do your due diligence before you post them as places to stay. A refund should be offered to us!"

"Quick check in, easy parking and if you needed a vehicle charge, there was a bank of Rivian charge spots (indicating compatibility with all electric vehicles, but I could not confirm on this trip)."
