"While overall the stay was ok, the breakfast was subpar. Both mornings there was no milk for the cereal, some food was not even ready. Now mind you we were there to have breakfast about 40 minutes after they started but still should have been stocked. Did not even see anyone to say something to. The room was fine but i suggest you go out for breakfast."

"Pet rooms should ALWAYS have laminate flooring NEVER carpet. The carpet felt nasty! Definitely had to wear shoes at all times. The walls are also paper thin. They have amazing shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap!!!"

"It was quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was good. I was unable to close the drapes at night so there was outside light coming into the room. When I asked the front counter she couldn't answer me. The bed was facing the street instead of the TV which didn't make sense."

"We visited louisville to interr my parent's ashes. The staff was very sweet to us. They all were kind and helpful during our stay. The only thing that missed the mark is the pool and hot tub were both out of commission."
