"The service was excellent from the moment we entered the hotel, from reception, bar staff, spa/gym facilities were all very welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate and the shower was amazing! Very quiet and relaxing hotel. Very accessible to walk into the Latin Quarter but far enough to be away from the noise. Only downside is that we found the parking to be a little far if you are to carry luggage with you to and from the car to the hotel (it’s up hill so it’s easier on the way back)....

"Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty. Hotel room was clean, good amount of space and the bathroom was of a good size for a family. The Swimming Pool being attached to it is a godsend and it was great to get in there. It's busier in the evening than the morning, but theres a lifeguard and things for the kids to use in there as well. "We had a very comfortable stay at the Skeffington Arms in Galway. We had 2 rooms for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable, and there was air conditioning in each room. One of our rooms' air conditioning units was not working properly, and the room was a bit warm, but not bad. We were located in the back of the hotel, so we were not disturbed by the music in the pub downstairs. We immensely enjoyed the musician at the Skeff Bar. It was one of the highlights of our trip. "This was our fav place that we stayed so far in Ireland. The staff were amazing. Joe was our server for dinner and he was AMAZING. The food was sooooo good and our room was extremely clean and well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend The Oyster House"
