Nice little spot when all the hotels tripled their prices for the UP state fair. Bathroom was tight for a bigger guy but it was clean bed was comfortable and the virtual check in was actually nice!

This is an awesome budget motel in the heart of Downtown Gladstone. The hotel is quaint and clean. I felt safe there. The room had everything I needed; A/C worked great and the fridge was ice cold. I loved and would absolutely stay again.

Convenient location and clean room. Check-in was a little strange as it is virtual (which is not a problem), but website is misleading and you must be at the hotel to call and virtually check-in. Overall a good value and would stay again.

I travel a lot and stay in $50-70 a night places just to sleep. This is one of the top. You can't expect a perfect million dollar place but this one is clean, well placed and quiet! No highway noise or road noise of any kind. Everything worked and was perfect for a low cost overnighter. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only tiny issue was the shower water pressure. It ran very slowly, but I didn't mind hav8ng been out all day in the warm weather with family, celebrating the 4th. I was just happy for a nice and clean stay. The grounds were lovely as well, with colorful flowers everywhere and nicely painted chairs outside in a little gazebo, towards the end of the clean parking lot. And there was also a few tables and chairs set up near the entrances to the rooms. A very nice property. I'll be back for sure!

Reasonably priced and even though they’re offsite, the staff was very responsive. The room was nice and the bed was quite comfortable. Could have used a vacuuming but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Staff was amazing! I called her a bunch and she was super sweet! I forgot my key code twice and she was so gracious telling me what it was and never made me feel like a bother. Room was very clean. We will definitely come back!!
