"L’hôtel est bien situé, tout près d’une station de métro, dans un quartier tranquille et résidentiel. L’hôtel est très difficile à trouver car il est situé au 5 ieme étage d’un immeuble, son entrée passe inaperçu, sur Google Maps notre point de repère était le modern packaging. Nous avons dû faire quelques aménagements à notre chambre et les gens à l’accueil ont été rapidement en mode solution, ils sont tous très aimables et toujours souriants. "The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well."

"De service was uitstekend. Alles was schoon, netjes en je wordt supergoed behandeld. Je voelt je er gewaardeerd. Wat betreft de kamer: alles was netjes, de kamer is goed geisoleerd en de temperatuur is makkelijk te regelen. De badkamer is een van de weinige verbeterpunten. Die zijn licht verouderd en het duurt erg lang voordat het water uit de douche op gewenste temperaruur is. De restaurants zijn ook goed. "I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"Ich habe im Hotel New Star Zamalek übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top , sicher und mitten im schönen Stadtteil Zamalek. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings könnte der Service an manchen Stellen etwas professioneller und schneller sein. Preis-Leistung ist okay, aber man sollte keinen Luxus...
