"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."

"Surprisingly good quality considering the relatively cheap price. Good communication regarding a very late check in request. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and low traffic during the night. Walls are quite thin would be the only criticism I have. "

"The hotel is small, and there are a few steps (two or three) at the entrance to the reception, which made it a bit difficult to bring up heavy luggage. However, breakfast was provided in the morning, and the staff were extremely friendly. They gave directions and were always helpful whenever I needed something. The location is excellent—very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. It wasn’t too noisy either, so overall it was a pleasant stay. "
