"We needed to upgrade our room and the staff was extremely helpful and quick. Upgraded our room with absolutely no hassles! "

"The room was clean. The sink in the kitchenette was plugged and the microwave buttons didnt work. Our room faced the pool so you would smell strong chlorine smell. Its was ok for us not staying long."

"Basically it's a "get what you pay for" and less! In dire need of updating. Non smoking room with cigarette burn holes in the bedding. No continental breakfast available, no one even at the desk in the a.m. to inquire about coffee. Homeless people going through the dumpster, only 2 cars in the parking lot. Slept with the chair in front of my door because I didn't feel too safe!"

"There was some damage to the condition of the room that it was in. Nothing crazy but just cosmetic. It didn't give off a good smell either and the carpets did not look very vacuumed or cleaned. They could have been cleaned a little bit better. Would not recommend staying here."

"The equipment in the gym did not work. The guy checking in was nice and good. The other lady and the guy checking out wasn't too friendly. The lady I had when I had asked her for a plunger and towel grab them both for me. When I brought down my used towels and my plunger she told me to go into a room and put them back as well as put the towels in a bin. I think if you pay $700 to stay here you should get better service but that's just me. The pool was also cold but that's to be expected. And I also had to empty out my garbage."

"We stayed for 1 night as we were driving through, there was plenty of parking available, we arrived at night the area felt safe. The bed was soooo comfortable! We are bed snobs and typically only like Hilton beds, this had a bed with the comfort level of Hilton. We would definitely stay again!"

"Heavy language barrier when trying to check in, they control heat and give you a space heater incase you get cold. Room was hot for me and old window unit would not keep up"

"Stated here before won’t come back bed sheets stained with what looked like blood found on my second night as that side of the bed wasn’t used bathroom light flickered then went out and on last night the outlets near bed stopped working. Ran out of toilet paper and no one was at desk had to run and buy my own at the store. Complained to customer service and they did nothing to compensate the horrible stay"
