"We had an amazing stay! The entire staff was incredibly kind, warm, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. "I was disappointed with my stay at Jolly Beach Resort. I booked with Experian. The hotel was falsely advertised, as the actual conditions didn't match the pictures we saw when booking. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and there was no refrigerator available.
