"The location was excellent! However, the breakfast buffet left something to be desired—we only ate there once. Please note that we visited in April and the building’s air conditioning was not yet turned on, so our room was quite warm. Even with the window open, it didn’t help much and it was very noisy. "I had a truly wonderful stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—especially the front desk team. During my recent visit, I unfortunately left behind a very essential medical device (my CPAP machine). The staff went above and beyond to locate it quickly and arrange timely shipping back to me. I am deeply grateful and would like to extend special kudos to everyone involved in assisting me—your kindness and efficiency meant so much. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a great selection and equally warm, attentive service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—centrally located with easy access to metro and bus transportation. It’s also surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafés, and a beautiful church, which made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable. As for areas of improvement, I honestly have none to suggest. Everything about my stay was exceptional. Thank you again for such outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
