"2 problems as soon as I checked in. First cleanliness. Room was beautiful, I walked in to look at the bathroom and saw hair in the tub. Then I go to look at the bed a see a spider crawling on the headboard. The spider I can forgive, the hair is unacceptable. Second issue. A/C didn't work. Call maintenance, guy takes a look, resets system, nothing. Tells me he can get me a fan if I want otherwise there's nothing he can do. Did not sleep because of the heat.
