"We just traveled the past 3 weeks through Europe and this was our favorite place we stayed. We are a family of 4 and stayed in the top suite (#9), which is like a 300 year old building- super unique experience. Very clean with modern touches but you could feel the history. This combined with their exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (Dominik was just one of them) really took it all to the next level. Great location to go explore amazing Salzburg. Can't recommend it enough. "

"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. "We absolutely loved our stay. This is a lovely boutique hotel close to the train station. It was easy to walk into the town center but the area around the hotel is not as quaint. It was helpful to be close to the train station. The room was spacious and it was really nice to have a separate toilet and sink. Great staff and lovely hotel. I wish the breakfast was less expensive for Hotel guests"

"Lovely, lovely hotel. Although the property has been a guesthouse for hundreds of years, all the modern conveniences are there. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was great and the breakfast buffet was good."

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and it is Ulrich who made the visit so memorable. Right from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and that your comfort matters. She truly cares about her guests and goes out of the way to help if needed. The rooms are bright, colorful and spacious. Location is very convenient . Thanks Beatrice and Nico for greeting us with a smile at breakfast every morning!"

"Helt fantastiskt trevligt hotell! Bara för vuxna, lugnt och skönt. Sköna sängar, bra AC, lyxig frukost om än lite dyr. Mycket trevlig personal på hela hotellet. Takbaren är magisk! Det enda negativa är parkering för i och urlastning, det finns 2 platser framför hotellet som är dåligt uppmärkta men det är det enda man kan klaga på. Hur fint och lyxigt som helst!"

"Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property. Aircon was not really cooling. Too bad for the scorching heat of Salzburg in July during our stay"

"Six+ stars!!! Cocoon hotel and front desk & dining staff are just wonderful !! The decor is organic boutique on point and aesthetically pleasing !! Love love love the organic theming and all the beautiful plants and terrariums throughout. We always looked forward to and enjoyed the walk from the elevator to our room & vis versa with the peaceful sounds of nature (opps, spoiler alert and if you are a fan of “Severance” def pulling some Sererance vibes, haha in a good way, maybe it’s just me )....
