"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

"During our stay in Bruges, we felt very comfortable at Isabelle's place. She personally welcomed us and gave us tips for our stay. Besides the cozy and unique decor, we especially loved the lounge where we could have breakfast. A refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave were available for everyone to use. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back."

They offered us some solid restaurant recommendations, which was nice because there are so many options! The bar in the hotel was a nice, quiet place to end the day in a town that can be rather full of people. The breakfast room is in a lovely room downstairs and the food was all delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Bruges. "

"Guardando le recensioni mi aspettavo un albergo più bello. Le camere sono un po' basiche con arredi abbastanza vecchi. Pensavo anche, ma questo è colpa mia, che la camera sul canale fosse praticamente sull'acqua mentre invece è una finestra (piccola) che da sulla strada che scorre parallela al canale. Abbastanza lontano dal centro. Parcheggio per la macchina 20 euro a notte"

"Breakfast was amazing,as always. The couple who serve,are just so lovely. We have been coming to the Pand for many years. Originally when The Van Haek family owned The Pand . Frankly it is just not the same standard. Breakfast is always fabulous (the couple have been there for many years,and worked for the original owners,as above).
