The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and there was always fruit and goodies to munch on in the afternoon/evening. The entry to the building was very cool - felt like another era, and the decoration of the hotel is very interesting. Our rooms was very nice and spacious and we had a free bottle of Chianti, which was awesome."

"Golden Tower was a highlight of our trip to Florence. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food available. The hotel had a high end feel compared to some of the other hotels we’ve used in Florence. The location is perfect, located across the street from the unique Teatro Odeon bookshop. I will definitely choose Golden Tower again in the future."

"We couldn’t be happier with our stay at the Frame hotel. They had a room that fit our family of 6 comfortably and everyone was kind and welcoming. Close to the train station and attractions. "Everything was absolutely stunning and great about the hotel. Absolutely beautiful decor and the cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen. And it was cute that they served a little continental breakfast although they are equipped for so much more when it comes to food, full-size little restaurant, which has the potential for so much more would’ve loved an omelette or something a little bit more with extra protein but all in all it was absolutely spectacular.
