"The Golden Tower is an excellent well appointed hotel, located in a quiet street, and within 10 minutes of most the central Florence attractions and a number of restaurants. The room was comfortable and well serviced. The breakfast buffet provided a very good selection of hot and cold food. All the hotel staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and attentive. "ヴェッキオ橋やピティ宮殿近くで、眺めの良いホテルでした。チェックインから係の方はすごく親切で、バスタブがホテルのお部屋紹介で出てきていたので、バスタブアリかと思いきや、シャワーのみのお部屋で、変更をお願いしたら快く受け入れていただけました。 両親の部屋はリバービューにしましたが、とても良かったです。 お部屋の清掃も、連泊でしたがしっかりして頂けて、アメニティも十分でした。 川向かいのレストラン、Roof Top Bar、ホテル1Fのビストロと両親が足が悪くホテル内で食事は完結させましたが、十分でした。特にホテルで食べたトリュフのリゾットは絶品で、ワインのチョイスも良かったと思います。 みなさんに親切にしていただき、また再訪したいホテルの一つとなりました。"

"Amazing location along the river, sandwiched between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, and a short walk to many of Florence’s highlights. We were in the new building which was very nice but lacking the charm of the original building. Breakfast was great and the staff were all lovely."
