"The room was very clean and very spacious but the shared bathroom was a little run down. They did clean it daily but it needed an update. I did not feel completely safe in the surrounding area. The actual property seems liked a combination of a preschool and a homeless shelter. In fact there was a cafeteria that we were not allowed to eat in because it was only for people getting help from the Red Cross. It was very cheap though and worth the money. "

"A lovely, beautiful and relaxing place. The environment intertwined the modern and natural. Clean, peaceful and spacious room with the bonus of additonal kitchen space. Only a short walk to supermarket. The underground train station about 15 mins walk, so the journey from airport was seamless. I would stay here again, if I make another trip to Madrid."

"The place was okay, clean but outdated. The bathroom was good and updated. The biggest downside for me is the location. It’s in a somewhat poor neighborhood where you see lots of dogs poops all over the sidewalks as well trash in the street. "

"The hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport by Uber. It is located in a residential area (mostly apartment buildings) but it was very safe and quiet. The hotel is only a 5 or 6 minute walk (600 mts.) to a train Station. Once on the metro, the city centre is just a 10 minute metro ride. There is a large grocery store (Carrefour) next to the metro station and there was a food court with some eating options. There are also 2 local restaurants just a couple of blocks away.
