"The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

"We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. "Large apartment in the centre of Genova with wooden flooring, two bathrooms (one en-suits) and a well equipped kitchen. Apartment was located on the second floor with lift (and few stairs in the corridor leading to it) It had all the facilities required for a short or long stay (including dishwasher and washing machines). Only downside for us was the check in process as we were told via automated we would get an access code via email but instead when we asked they said it was possible to leave...
