I had a comfortable stay at the Best Western Premier CHC Airport. The property itself was excellent – very clean, well-maintained, and with great facilities. The location was convenient, quiet, and offered easy parking, which I really appreciated. That said, the biggest downside was the staff and service. Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which took away from what could have been an excellent overall experience. A warmer, more attentive approach from the team would make a big difference for future guests.

This is a great location for airport connections. Very close to the airport, shopping and dining nearby, and the hotel itself is very clean. The front desk is very helpful and communicated well in several languages. The restaurant is actually very nice and has a beautiful selection of food and the food presentation is exceptional. There was one gal that seemed to come off rude/short in the dining area, but she was actually quite pleasant overall.

A great place to stay if you have a slight. Truly 5 easy minutes car ride from the hotel to the airport. We didn't love the hotel restaurant, so we walked 10 minutes to a local shopping street and enjoyed great food and seeing how folks lived.

Comfortable stay close to the airport.

We enjoyed our one night stay. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious & service was good. The bed was comfortable, we found some movies in English, that we liked. The location, close to the airport was our main goal and the front desk clerk was helpful in getting us a taxi at 4:00 a m.

This was a great stay near the airport and cruise port. Booked a queen and two bunk beds room for 3 adults for one night. The staff was friendly and the restaurant food was good. There is also restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walking distance. I would stay here again. No complaints.

We are staying here because we have a 6am flight. This is a perfect place for that —5 minutes away. Note the airport shuttle doesn’t run til 7am. So you have to take a cab but the front desk will call one and it’s super fast to get there!

I like the proximity of the Hotel to Genoa Airport (10 mins drive) and they offer FREE shuttle. Not a lot of walkable dining options in the area. Hotel restaurant seem pricey for their menus I would recommend a well lighted hallway along our Floor (4th Floor). Breakfast ladies staff need to smile and be more friendly even if speak little English, a warm welcome gesture is well understood in any language

We stayed here for 1 night after our cruise. Hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport, and the driver was very helpful with both our luggage and providing information. It was a 10 minute drive to the hotel, and when we arrived, the driver unloaded our luggage onto a cart and waited until we checked in so as to take it to the room for us!!! He earned a very good tip. The front desk staff spoke to us in English, and were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bathroom large, and the shower was in a very big bathtub. There was adequate storage for our clothes and luggage. Only negative is that the air conditioning unit didn't really work to cool the room. And, in order to use it, it was necessary to call the front desk to get them to switch it on. This was not intuitively obvious to me, and I only called the front desk after fiddling with the unit for 10 minutes. It took a few more minutes to be able to turn down the thermostat, but could only adjust/down by 3 degrees.
