"Yes, the room was spotless but it is the friendliness of the staff that makes our stay most enjoyable. The wide choice of breakfast suits everyone. Unfortunately we found the evening dinners a little too rich for our taste on this visit. Previous visits have had more choice for the evening meal, with some more 'basic' meals available. However the chef was most accommodating when it came to catering for allergies. "

"I was attending a course in the leisure centre next door. The Aqua was an excellent, relaxed place to stay. The staff/owners were polite, friendly and generated a relaxed atmosphere. The small, well stocked bar carried on this relaxing, informal atmosphere. (The squeaky bar stools could do with fixing but were still amusing) The food is top notch and very affordable. I was left on hold for an hour until I could speak to somebody about checking in as they had not sent the check-in details. I lost a pair of trousers at this property. They emailed me to say they had found them and I’d need to send them £30 to get them sent back to me. I then received another email from them saying that they had not found the trousers and they would send me £20 as a gesture of goodwill since...

"Everything about this place was flawless!! The was spotless, the owner was a perfect gentleman and we had the best time I think possible!! It was my first time going to Weymouth and our stay was so perfect that I will never, EVER stay anywhere else, (this is not to say anywhere else is worse in any way, but that I loved the experience we had so much I want to keep having it every time we go to Weymouth)"

"A wonderful stay at Calm Sea Guesthouse. We had a lovely spacious room with comfortable beds and nice extra touches like a packet of sweets for our teenage boys and biscuits for us. Even a mini fridge with fresh milk - what a treat! Mel and Trish could not have made us feel more welcome. Trish cooked a delicious breakfast each morning, and Mel gave us a wealth of tips and suggestions for eating out and places to visit. A first rate stay, highly recommend."
