"The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive. Overall good value for dollar. Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!"

Le matin de notre dĆ©part et alors que nous aurions aimĆ© partir tĆ“t pour la suite de notre voyage personne avant 9h pour le check-out de plus il y avait eu un panne de courant donc pas de possibilitĆ© de faire son petit dĆ©jeuner ni mĆŖme dāaller au toilette"

"The JW Marriott was the perfect weekend getaway. The staff were friendly, and very attentive to your needs. I opted out of the All inclusive package, but guests confirmed that several on site restaurants were up to standard and near worth it. The sandbar was convenient, and offered the opportunity to watch the World Cup. The property overall was spacious, and grounds were well kept. Iād rate the stay 8/10 since we found a live scorpion just before hopping in bed for our last night. The hotel staff didnāt not offer anything, but an apology. They stated it is the norm. Overall, Thank you. The scorpion is forever going to live in my thoughts."

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. The made-to-order breakfast was fresh, delicious, and accommodated our dietary needs (dairy/gluten free and vegetarian). The staff were professional, friendly, always willing to help, and made us feel at home. Loved the free laundry service! The onsite Safari Surf School offers excellent surf lessons, and we enjoyed every moment with them. The all-sand Guiones Beach, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, had ideal waves for us beginner surfers. We also enjoyed a birdwatching tour in the Reserva BiolĆ³gica Nosara. We would love to return and meet the onsite naturalist, who was away during our stay, to go on a night birdwatching tour next time."

"This hotel is in the perfect spot on the beach. The bar and restaurant are great. The servers like Brenda and Bismark are so friendly and remember everyoneās names. Rooms vary in updating but are comfortable and have ac. The buffet breakfast has a huge variety of foods. We always enjoy our stay here."

"This hotel is peaceful and perfect for a couples vacation. The housekeeping wasnāt really cleaning for example our sheets became dirty instead of them changing the sheets they made the bed up with the exact sheet on opposite side, they left the garbage and the cups of alcohol that were left on the mini fridge. Other than that the property is amazing food is amazing bartenders will have those drinks coming. It wasnāt to crowded as it is a small all inclusive resort. I will definitely be staying there again."
