While the lobby was stark and poorly decorated, the room was very comfortable, with a small refrigerator, microwave, basic dining utensils and dishes. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was unreliable and had to be requested in advance. "Our rooms were very nice, modern and clean. We had booked a room with 3 bedrooms. It’s was spacious, each bedroom had its own bathroom and one bedroom was in its own mini suite with separate entrance. The beds were comfortable and the location is right downtown within easy walk to everything including restaurants, shopping, Sky Tower, University etc. "

"What a delightful find - so close to the heart of the CBD/marina but tucked away in a peaceful oasis. Staff were really helpful and friendly and my breakfast was so good - not a buffet but a lovely selection off an individual menu. We didn’t use the gym or the swimming pool but did walk around the communal garden - delightful! This hotel has the right amount of quirky vs comfort and the secure parking a great asset. "
