"A charming B&B settled outside of Lucca (~20 minutes), but with easy access to visiting many different areas. We rented a car from the airport (~1hr & 20mins) and I highly recommend it so you can move around with ease and visit different areas even go to the coast. The tolls are fantastic and fast. We stayed for 10 nights so we had time to enjoy and relax. We thank Filipo and Feredica, who have been so hospitable during our stay. Lots of options for breakfast with the best cappuccino ever. "Roberta was an awesome host. Let us check in early which was helpful. Room was nice, super clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was a queen size and comfortable. Served a nice simple Italian breakfast with espresso and fruit drinks. I was originally concerned because descriptions stated on-site parking which does not exist but across the street in a field and down the street at the local church was plentiful parking and had no issues. Nice place to stay at an affordable rate."

"B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse."

"What an unexpected gem! We recently stayed at Inside the Wall and would absolutely recommend this to anyone travelling to Lucca. We received welcome messages prior to our arrival. Our hostess met us on arrival and the room was both beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We had a small issue with the AC, but this was immediately rectified with above and beyond service. This was definitely one of the highlights of our recent trip and we sincerely hope we'll have the opportunity to return...
