"The property is attractive and generally comfortable. Sadly I did see a cockroach in my bathroom, which scared me and stopped me sleeping for a night. I did message a maintenance man who was very friendly and laid some insect powder and emptied the bin the next morning. Also the shower flooded after 2 mins of use so I had to remove the plug whilst I used it and put it back afterwards as I think the cockroach may have come from the drain. "A little disappointed with the hotel. From the reviews this seemed an amazing hotel but it was just okay. Check in process was super easy and the lady at reception was very nice and friendly! Room size was good and the balcony is a good touch, the rooms are a little worn out and could do with a freshen up. The most disappointing things were that the outdoor pool is a cold water pool which I guess with the Portuguese weather is all that is needed but we were there with the temp hitting 23-25 and...

"We went looking for a long weekend at the beach and it didn't disappoint. The set up where the kids had a pull out couch bed, but it was actually two mattresses was a really nice set up and both the pull out bed and the main bed were extremely comfortable. The pool wasn't over crowded and the staff was lovely. The beach was stunning."
