"Lovely room for 4 offered with a small upgrade fee as we had to arrive a day early due to weather. Names of mention Cameron Carr, Concierge of the Year, Alex, Princess, Jake, Danny L, Aman, Young Mi-Lee, John and all of the fellows who greet and help in every way possible. This hotel is our favourite and we endeavour to have at least two 3-5 day stays a year. 5* from check-in to check-out. "

"Great location, beautiful views from the balcony Note- this is not a hotel. As soon as you make your reservation, you’ll receive a message requesting to send them a picture of your government issued photo ID (via text or email) and pay the security deposit. We received 1 set of keys and a key fob for the building. The parking garage is metered. Our room was on the 47th floor and had beautiful views of the city. "

"Location was perfect, right in the center of Toronto. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The WiFi was great, which I really needed as I was working from there. The building also has a nice gym. Definitely recommend!"
