"Unfortunately, the room size was a bit too small for 2 people, but everything else was excellent. The SPA and breakfast was great, all rooms were clean and well maintained. There is a Starbucks cafe in the ground floor also available and the bar to serve drinks to people. The location of hotel is very well positioned, just 3 minutes aways from the tube or the main road with plenty bus options."

The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and professional - nothing I needed was ever too much trouble, which made travelling alone feel especially comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spotless and even upgraded from my original booking. It was such a lovely surprise and made working from the room an absolute pleasure. The food was excellent, and the late-night bar offered a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day. This hotel had always been on my list of places to stay, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you for such a lovely experience!"

"Great location, old refurbished hotel, good air conditioning, double glazed windows help keep traffic noise low but as hotel very close to major junction of Gloucester road and Cromwell road there is a little as room was facing the front. Pricey . Would stay again.Piccadilly tube line right across the road."
