Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed! This hotel room was worth every penny, great breakfast every morning, included in the price! Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks!...

"Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang im Hotel. Vormittags vor dem Check-in die Koffer zu deponieren, war einfach möglich. Im Hotel und Zimmer hingen Gemälden und Grafiken, welche das hohe Niveau unterstrichen. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück a la carte und Buffet. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. "This is a really great hotel. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Great location that is in a very nice area of London. It was very easy to catch the tube to anywhere you might want to visit and of course it is right across the street from several fantastic museums. The breakfast was quite good and the little dining area/restaurant has a sort of old school British charm to it. I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in...

"This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!"
