"On a positive note, the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the facility is not being maintained very well. Our bathroom floor was dirty and I assume the carpets were too. Our toilet is out of date (very low to the floor) and did not flush well. Refrigerator in room did not work. "Address on expedia is not correct! The first room smacked us with a strong urine smell upon entering. Carpet was so dark and dirty even my shoes were getting sticky. Switched to a new room. This one every time the ac kicked in, it was like somebody blowing out cigarette smokes at us. Bedding had many stains of the unknown and of course human hair as well. "The property was super clean and adjacent to all the main veins…spectacular if you want to catch a Brewers game. Shopping, beaches, etc are all in play. The rooms were well-priced compared to other nearby similar-class hotels and the breakfast was good. The waffle-makers only seem to make a cameo on the weekends, though! There was one worker who did a great job keeping everything stocked and clean, but she was a bit vocal about not being able to wait until 10am, when breakfast ended that...

"This is a Courtyard converting to a Country Inn and Suites. There was some construction while we were there, but it didn't really hinder us from doing anything or cause a disturbance. We did have plastic over our window, but that should be done with soon. The breakfast was good, there were cookies in the afternoon."

"The hotel was very well kept and very nice. Always enjoy the nice full breakfast and also the snacks/food/drinks around 5 every day. The only downside of this location is that it was confusing to get from the parking garage to the actual hotel. If I wanted to get something out of my car it felt like a maze to get back to the parking garage each time."

"We were there for 3 nights. Was surprised that didn't switch up breakfast at all--same thing twice. Kitchen staff not helpful or keeping tables clean. Variety would have been good. Front staff was helpful.Asked about hard boiled eggs--"no". Pool was good."

"We were in Milwaukee for our son’s engagement. I had scheduled some special deserts to be shipped from NewJersey. I had called the hotel and advised them to refrigerate the box immediately when received. I was assured that they would take care of it. However when we arrived, and were ready to leave for the engagement we were informed that they had put the box in the freezer instead of the refrigerator. Also the management did not make any attempt to apologize for messing this up for us....
