The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. "Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"
