Overall ok but weak Wi-Fi

Overall the room is neatly cleaned, conveniently located with a nice view. Only if they can provide a thicker pillow for bed, and the Wi-Fi can be stronger. The Wi-Fi here is very weak that I’ve to use my own data for browsing website or work.

No complaints here, it's an old but well maintained hotel. Big plus was the bath tub which the kids loved playing in with. The only thing that wasn't so good was that there were some homeless people sleeping on the staircase of the hotel at night.

The WiFi in room is very very bad. The only string WiFi is at reception lobby. I was given to understand it has something to do with the data plan the hotel has or router hardware possibly. Shower room should have installed handle bar for senior to hold on for safety reason. Only bath towel no face or hand towel. Really minimalist. Good point is the room and bed are clean. Quiet environment at one end of Penang Road and Grab taxi service responded within minutes.

Convenient location as I could walk around most areas - markets, restaurants and nearby attractions. Not as many people as expected but it was still quite jammed so I was glad that I didn't need to drive and look for a parking lot. My children loved the bathtub and breakfast area as it had a nice beach looking view.
