慣れていれば、こんなもんです。

とにかく、一晩、何とか寝る、という目的のホテル、とお考えいただいた方が良いです。 ・写真に掲載されている清潔さはありません。もう建物が古いです。 ・冷蔵庫はありません。 ・真っ白なシーツを期待しない方が良いです。薄黄色です。 ・ペナン空港への侵入空路になっているためか、ときどき凄い飛行機のエンジン音が聞こえます。 ・コロコロ粘着クリーナーは必須です。床・ベットも含めて、掃除しました。 ・念のため、ダニ除けスプレーをベットはもちろん部屋全体に巻きました。 ・他の人の書き込みにもございましたが、私もGを見つけてしまいました。シャツミストで虫が死ぬのを知っていたので、退治しました。その後は出なかったです。 ・シャワーは電気式です。コツが要ります。シャワーブースとトイレが一体なので、シャワーを浴びれば、便座を含め、べちゃべちゃになります。 インドで泊まった時よりはましでした。 シャワーブースがカビだらけでしたので。。ベットで寝ると痒い。。その経験に基づいて、泊まりました。

We’ve been traveling in Southeast Asia for a few weeks and this place was the loudest. You can’t check in until 2, even an hour early they won’t let you. Right by the mall if that’s why you’re staying in that area.

Everything was good. The room for the price was ok. It is just behind Eastin hotel and this is a business trip. Next to Queensbay mall and lots of restaurants nearby. Good location.

Not as good as it was.

I stayed there previously. It was still quite okay but this time around the room was poorly maintain. The first room given to us had a cockroach crawling in the bathroom, the second room had ants crawling on the bed. And no other rooms or alternative was given. We have to go back to the first room after the “guest” was cleared.

unpleasant experience

I think the hotel need to improve in the cleanliness of the room. I was shocked when I turned on the tap and water is brownish colour. The whole place is very run down. The only plus point is the hotel staff is helpful and friendly and it is near to Queensbay Mall.

Good hotel between attractions in city

A good hotel with a good room and great value. Room has enough but water in toilet suddenly went out in the middle of the midnight and when it does return, it went very dirty. Close to eateries and not forgetting Queensbay Mall also!

It was an awful experience. There is a gap between the window and the wall next to the bed, and the gap actually connects my room to the room below me. In another word, I can hear everything very CLEARLY like what's going on in the room below me.The 1st day I checked in the hotel in the afternoon, I was having fever and needed a good nap, after settling everything, i fell asleep and I left my work phone on top of the blanket. When I woke up I realised my work phone is gone! I tried searching my room thoroughly and I couldn't find it, I was very sure the phone was on the bed as i did some arrangement before i sleep. The explanation can be either someone came into my room and took it (which it doesn't make sense, because my personal expensive phone is still with me) OR the phone flipped and dropped into the hole/gap when I was pulling the blanket while I sleep. If is the latter, then the guest in the room below me probably saw the phone and took it. I informed the receptionist immediately after i suspected it dropped to the lower floor and we cant find the phone.

More to an Inn

Simple room, simple amenities. No kettle, fridge, cups. No lift too. You need to climb the staircase with ur heavy luggage. Environment very noisy during night due to some singing in the bar or karaok is going on. You can't believe there are some mosquitoes in the room. Please bring your own towel and ready your own amenities.

Very noisy in the midnight as some people start slamming their room door. Probably, because the hotel near by to pubs so may be it been occupied by drunken people.
