"I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The airport shuttle was one of the key reasons I selected this hotel, and it made my trip much more convenient. The location is excellent, with shopping centers and a subway station nearby, providing easy access to New York City. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Nice room. Only issue- I wasn’t aware I had to reserve a parking spot on the property. It was pretty awful. When we called from the car in the street approaching the hotel, a desk clerk told us just pull in and there’s valet parking. We pull in- and then we’re told the lot was full! Not good! He then told us to ‘try Residence Inn’ and we’d have to pay for a spot, if they could accommodate my car. It took another hour or so, but after talking to the people at Residence Inn, I was able to book a...

"The John was adequate for an overnight stay. Close to LaGuardia in Flushing Queens. The block it’s located on was a bit sketch. Huge construction across the street which could have been bad but our layover was Sat-Sun so no workers. Staff was not friendly and a bit rude. Room was large and clean but really dated furniture, carpet, and appliances. Bathroom was newly remodeled but shows some mold in the tiles. Did not try the breakfast as there are better options to eat in Flushing. Airport...

"Nice staff but bad sofa and uncleaned"

"Stains in the mirrors and flies in the room. Need better towels they are small. Shower pipes make a horrible noise that does not allow you sleep through someone showering the noise begins shortly after you move the lever to hot. Pictures provided of the damaged ceiling of bathroom. House keeping needs to check the rooms and clean properly. The balcony is useful and smart tv."

"The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The blinds were not blackout so it was bright in the morning. The breakfast was average."

"The hotel provides breakfast, which is amazing cause some places in NY don't open early, plus you have to drive and look for parking. This really helped us with our stay. There is a parking lot across the street for $26 a night but if you willing, you can find street parking. We were lucky to find some. I think it'll be amazing if they do some type of parking vouchers."
