"I thought the amenities were useful, but they weren’t quite suited to the type of vacation I was on. The property seems to cater more to business travelers, digital nomads, or foreigners staying in Korea for an extended period. Having a shared kitchen and laundry facilities is a great convenience for longer stays, but I was surprised there wasn’t a TV in the room. "The hotel is in the heart of the shopping street so it’s just steps from shops and restaurants. Very clean and modern. We had a view of the cathedral from our 9th floor room. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well throughout the hotel. Lobby is in the 21st floor. Taxi can’t drive up to the front door until after midnight so you need to walk to a major street if you’re coming from the airport with lots of luggage. We tried the buffet breakfast and it was good and convenient with a nice view from the top of the hotel but a bit expensive. Hotel provides free ice candy, money exchange, umbrellas, vending machine, and luggage storage in the lobby. We checked in at midnight with no problem. Check out time is 12pm so we had plenty of time to sleep in and pack our bags. Coin laundry and free microwave ovens are on the 6th floor. Ice machine and water dispenser on every floor. We received 3 bottles of water and new towels every day! Netflix and Amazon can login to your account and automatically log out when you leave."

"Me and my husband absolutely love staying at this hotel everytime we are in Seoul. Very convenient in terms of location to transportation: the airport limousine bus drops off a minute away, station access within a couple minutes, and bus stops just a few steps from the entrance of the hotel. There is also a port cochere for easy taxi or car drop offs and pick ups. There is a plethora of food options in every direction, including some nightlife one street behind the hotel. This hotel’s staff is always friendly and respectful, extremely clean, and has a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the surrounding city. The room size is enough for a couple. We got a room where the toilet room and shower room were separate so that was a plus. One of my favorite amenities that they provide are collagen eye masks which are perfect when you’ve traveled for hours and need a refresh. Highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. We can’t wait for our next trip to the Hotel Gracery Seoul!"
