We used this hotel as a base for our stay in Seoul. We were made very welcome at check in by Lyn Woo and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Nice hotel in a good location with access to transport very easy.

Fantastic stay at an amazing hotel. I've always liked the Mercure brand hotels whenever I travel. The room is always clean, comfortable with functional spaces. Unlike other hotels with similar size, this one is not loud and it doesn't feel like you are suffocating in the room. I will come back! Also the staff at this location is extremely polite and friendly! 10/10!

Staff are helpful, some of them were friendly. However, housekeeping was not good. We did not have the free snack they mentioned in the message we found inside the room (until our friends checked and realised there was indeed pringle chips as free snack in the room). Also, there was a pillow case which had stain and i didn't use that particular pillow).

Great location. Near so many shops, clothing stores, restaurants and the metro. Literally everything seconds away. The ideal location. Hotel was really clean and modern. Staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and kind. Loved this place, highly recommend.
