"We chose to stay in an executive room. The room was clean although I was advised that the accessible room option which I would have preferred wasn't as nice. We found the bathroom a bit claustrophobic and not suitable for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. However when we checked in we were advised that there was no access to the phone.
