Beautiful room overlooking River Avon, everything working order, TV, Hairdyer, Kettle, Shower, has USB charging facilities, a safe, fridge. The staff were friendly and accommdating, gave good suggestions for places to visit, they have a lovely italian restaurant within the hotel and there are breakfast ootions, surrounding area is beautiful. 5 minute walk to bus stop which takes you to Bath Town Centre within 20 minutes. Overall brilliant accommodation and hotel staff.

We had previously stayed at this hotel and loved it hence why we booked again. But this time we were at the front of the property, the room was a lot smaller and very noisy. The staff and breakfast made up for it though
