"This is a nice modern hotel with lovely facilities, but badly let down by the technology not working (at least for the suite I was given). Despite turning the air on to the coldest possible setting in both rooms, the suite was incredibly hot. Not possible to open windows as they were locked shut. I got hardly any sleep as a result. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins.

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. "Really well situated for central London, especially around the Covent Garden area. Not far from Holborn station for access to the Central and Picadilly lines and a short walk to Tottenham Court Road for Central, Elizabeth and Northern lines.
Well advertised that the rooms are small. I just wish that there was more shelf space in the room as I struggled for space to unpack the clothes I'd taken for a 3 night stay."
