"The staff was very friendly. The young lady that checked me in was the most sweetest and professional when it came to trying to check-in a non English speaking family. The room was a little outdated and the bed was uncomfortable but the room was clean so that's a plus."

The staff, everyone from the person who checks you in at the front to the restaurant staff to the people who clean the rooms, were always nice. And no matter how much sand we managed to bring back to our room, it was spotless every time they came to clean it. Will definitely stay again."

"Only one elevator per building, it took forever for elevator to get to your floor. Maids did not refill coffee products. Did not refill TP Toilet seat did not stay up for the men to use, they had to hold it up. Shower was leaking and kept us up at night, had to put a towel over the handle so we wouldn't hear it drip. The walls were gross in the bathroom, I wiped them down myself."

"The view was great but the hotel itself is need of repairs. It seems to be falling apart. The elevator in our section was very sketchy. We had to request extra towels as we only had 3 large even though we booked as 4 adults. All of the garbage cans were missing bags. When I called to request bags for the cans, they just brought up a giant black garbage back. Which is fine but it took up a major spot in the room. All in all, it was not worth what they charge as far as the state of the rooms/hotel. It was not the cleanest and like it said it is in major need of repairs. I will say, however, the front desk staff is extremely friendly and the air conditioner works very well!"

"Great view. Right on the water. Very satisfied with the room upgrade The room was clean and quite comfortable. Great water flow in the shower …. I wouldn’t purchase the breakfast option again. Would expand the menu selections to include a hot cereal option and avocado toast would have been nice. We picked this palace for proximity and a full bar. Neither disappointed. Room cleaning didn’t happen one day. Tv didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work. Both were repaired quickly, however."
